The e-Nact Workshop on the Techniques of Judicial Interaction in the Application of the EU Charter to Data Protection is the fourth Transnational Training event of the e-NACT project.
It aims to develop specific training methodologies in the field of the judicial dialogue among national and EU courts. It addresses judges, legal professionals as well as academics with the aim of exploring the application of EU data protection law (specifically in light of the national implementation of GDPR) in the context of the EU Charter’s interpretation.
In particular, it investigates the opportunities offered by the EU Charter’s application in the field of data protection and privacy, according to different judicial interaction techniques involving horizontal or vertical interaction (such as, for instance, preliminary ruling, consistent interpretation, or comparative reasoning).
Attendance by invitation only.
